A LITTLE GUIDANCE

Care for
the familiar.

The care label on the exact garment is the place to begin.

Read before washing

Follow the garment label for washing, drying, ironing and professional cleaning. A product name, photograph or general fabric description cannot replace the label on the piece itself.

Treat details deliberately

Fasten zips or buttons as the label advises and consider trims, linings and surface details. If a garment needs specialist care, check the instructions before trying a new method.

Store with the shape in mind

Give garments enough space and avoid prolonged pressure on details that can lose their shape. Choose folding or hanging to suit the construction and label guidance.

Ask when something is unclear

Before agreeing an item, ask for the composition and care instructions. If an issue appears after delivery, keep the order reference and a clear description for your support enquiry.
