What you provide
Registration stores your name, email and a salted password hash. Enquiries store the contact details, topic, reference, message and any selection you submit, with a time and status. Do not submit passwords or payment card details.
Local preferences
Saved pieces, selection choices and your private fit note use browser local storage. These remain on the device and are not automatically uploaded by signing in. A selection is sent only when you submit its enquiry. Clear local preferences from the footer when using a shared device.
Accounts and payments
A secure HTTP-only cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Account-linked enquiries and assigned payment references are restricted to that account. The payment provider processes card data; this site stores references and payment status, not card numbers.
Use and retention
Information is used to provide account access, record and handle enquiries, maintain agreed order and payment records, and protect the service. Records may be needed for an active order, legal obligation or dispute; the operator should remove records no longer needed.
Your questions
Choose Privacy request in the contact form to ask about access, correction or deletion. Identity checks may be required before a request is actioned. This website includes no advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
